Integrity Executive Coaching is a mission driven business. I am a Leadership specialist, Executive Coach and consultant working with ethical, responsible and sustainability-conscious business leaders to achieve greater impact.
I’m interested in you as a leader of your business. What you do is less important to me than who you are and what matters to you and your business.
My clients include ethical change-makers and influencers, values-led professionals and sustainability innovators who are committed to making positive and lasting change.
Why I do what I do
I was first trained in coaching as a management approach more than 20 years ago and it shaped my philosophy towards leadership & business management when I witnessed multiple times over, the lasting and positive results that were achieved by adopting this approach, and the negative results that were achieved when it wasn’t!
I realised early on that the single biggest barrier to getting results are the blind spots we all have; the unconscious assumptions and implicit expectations which keep us stuck and the inner critic that wants to keep us safe, but actually limits our potential.
When I realised this and started applying the tools I learned and that I now use with my clients, the results I got were next level.
Sometimes we all need an external and impartial expert to help us to see things which we are blind to in our businesses and lives.

I’ve spent three decades learning about humans and how we develop and evolve. I combine ancient wisdom with modern practices backed by the latest science, infuse the spiritual with the practical and balance macro-level understanding of human development with micro-level techniques and tools to achieve tangible, sustainable transformation.
Being an ethical leader means operating from the best, most conscious version of ourselves. This takes deeper self-awareness, commitment and determination, as well as having humility and curiosity towards other ways of thinking and being, that get different, better and lasting results.

Operating with integrity means doing the right thing; not to look good, but to be better.
I am committed to delivering the best possible service to my clients. As a credible professional, I practice what I preach by engaging in regular CPD and reflective practice and striving to find better ways to create even more impact.
Why does it matter that I’m a Chartered Manager and an EMCC accredited coach in addition to the leadership expertise I hold? My practice is underpinned by a professional, ethical framework. I have invested heavily in my leadership and coaching practice and ongoing professional development. I am passionate about upholding the professionalism, ethics and effectiveness of the executive coaching and leadership profession and industry.
I don’t expect anything of my clients that I wouldn’t undertake myself and for my own business.
