Integrity Executive Coaching is a mission driven business. I am an Executive Coach working with ethical, responsible and sustainability-conscious business leaders to achieve greater impact.
I’m interested in you as a leader of your business. What you do is less important to me than who you are and what matters to you and your business.
My clients include ethical change-makers and influencers, values-led professionals and sustainability innovators who are committed to making positive and lasting change.
Why I coach
I was first trained in coaching as a management approach more than 20 years ago and it shaped my philosophy towards leadership when I witnessed multiple times over, the lasting and positive results that were achieved by adopting this approach.
Throughout my professional life, I have always sought the guidance of Executive Coaches and my experiences with coaching have had such a profound impact on me that I have since become a certified Executive Coach.
Why does it matter that I’m certified? My practice is underpinned by an ethical and professional framework. I have invested heavily in my coaching practice and ongoing professional development. I am passionate about upholding the professionalism, ethics and effectiveness of the executive coaching profession and industry.
Human first
I know that ethical leaders get better results.
We are all human and that means we are not perfect! It is human to have blind spots. It is normal to operate from our unconscious assumptions and it is normal to hold beliefs which are unhelpful and limit us from achieving our goals.
Sometimes we all need an external and impartial expert to help us to see things which we are blind to in our businesses and lives.
Being an ethical leader means operating from the best, most conscious version of ourselves. This takes deeper self-awareness, commitment and determination, as well as having humility and curiosity towards other ways of thinking and being, that get different, better and lasting results.

I practice what I preach
Operating with integrity means doing the right thing. I am committed to being the best human and the best coach I can be, in service to my clients. So as a coach, I get coached regularly! As a credible coach, I practice what I preach by continually reviewing my practice and striving to be the best.
I don’t expect anything of my clients that I wouldn’t undertake myself and for my own business.
